Electrical Installation

Global Building Controls Ltd uses a number of NICEIC approved electrical installation contractors who all work to the highest of standards as set by GBC. All of our contractors are very familiar with the Trend BMS systems that we currently install. Our electrical installations generally include for Power to each item of equipment fed from our panels, but excludes the main power to our panels. Control and Network Wiring. All electrical installations are carried out to NICEIC & current IEE electrical installation standards.

Typical projects we would consider would be:

Lighting control, Power for H.V.A.C. equipment & Energy Saving Inverters. Our electrical installation teams have extensive experience in the installation of electrical services to H.V.A.C. equipment which includes boilers, ventilation plant, radiant heaters, etc. We have carried out installations in numerous environments such as Offices, Factories, Hospitals, Schools and Prisons to name just a few throughout the UK & Europe.

We are also able to offer HVAC Maintenance Support for the smaller customers who might not have the budget to employ the services of a larger M&E building services maintenance organisations.
